Jana is a world reknown pastry chef and has won the highly sought after Artisan Baking Cup, the SIGEP Bread Cup award  and the recipient of the notary 1st prize.competitions.

Jana was awarded best Pastry Chef Graduate in all of Southern Germany and spent a year in Paris as part of her apprenticeship. Because of Jana's outstanding achievements, the German Government awarded her a scholarship here in Australia.
