Jana & Andreas are your authentic Bakers hailing from Leonberg near the Black Forest.

Jana was awarded best Pastry Chef Graduate in all of Southern Germany and spent a year in Paris as part of her apprenticeship. Because of Jana's outstanding achievements, the German Government awarded her a scholarship here in Australia. Andreas has worked extensively in all facets of the hospitality industry, in Europe and Australia after working for several Pastry Shops and Resorts they both decided to make their dream come true- to start an exquisite Patisserie/ Bakery here in Australia.
